Join Thursday Network for our June General Body Meeting as we celebrate Black Music Month!

We’re bringing the beat and the history with a special session led by go-go music legend DarrinX— a key figure in DC’s music scene who has played with Rare Essence, EU (Da Butt), and TCB, helped launch Moechella, and serves on the board of the Go-Go Museum. He’ll take us on an interactive journey through the history and impact of DC’s signature sound.

Then, test your knowledge and bring your competitive spirit for a round of Black music trivia. It’ll be a night of culture, community, and celebration you won’t want to miss!

Plus, we’re keeping the momentum going with our bring-a-friend contest! Whoever brings the most non-members wins a prize.

Networking and refreshments will start at 6:30 PM, followed by the program at 7:00 PM. Afterward, join us for our  post-GBM social nearby. We also invite you to bring canned goods or non-perishable food items to support Thursday Network’s Food Pantry.
