Hi TN! Come out and join us to support a wonderful cause with KEEN (Kids Enjoy Exercise Now). KEEN is an organization which empowers youth with disabilities to engage in fun physical activities, supporting the overall health and well-being of all participants.

KEEN Greater DC’s annual Sports festival is an event that children, teens, young adults with disabilities and their families look forward to every year.  Members of the KEEN community from Maryland, Washington, DC and Virginia come together on this special day to celebrate KEEN.  Volunteers team up with KEEN athletes for an afternoon of fun-filled activities, including Zumba, kickball, soccer, tug of war and more.

KEEN athletes, volunteers and their family members enjoy participating in all of the activities and a medal presentation for all KEEN athletes.  Held at Timberlawn Local Park in Rockville, MD, it is an event not to be missed!
